Warm Tips

  • There is a dust-proof film on the screen. Before use, it is recommended to use the sticker on the screen to help you peel off the film for clearer display. If you accidentally tear the sticker off, you can use a small tool to lift a corner of the film and peel it off.
  • If you want to keep the dust-proof film, there might be sticker residue when you remove the sticker. Empty spray bottle with half alcohol half water spray on cloth or paper towel and try. But please don’t over spray.
  • NOTE: The digital photo frame isn’t battery-powered.

What should I do if the Wi-Fi fails to be connected?

  • The frame only supports 2.4G WiFi network, please ensure that the dual-frequency integration function is turned off if you are using the dual-frequency router.
  • Keep the connection distance within 10 meters and try to use other WiFi networks(phone hotspot).
  • Please update the version of your frame to the latest by connecting to your phone hotspot. Then go Setting-About-Firmware Version to check the version.
  • Enter setting-about-click Activation date multiple times, click network & internet-WiFi-select WiFi to try to connect.
