As we know, most of companies will import the promotional gift for their priority cleint. But, they always to check the lowest price usb flash drive, vidoe brochure and so on from China. we can not define it is wrong, sometimes theire budget is limited. only the low cost can help them to finish this promotional project.

low cost= low quality.

When they gave you low cost, it means that they will choose another grade b material to save the cost-cost. something like customzied pvc usb flash drive, some supplier use upgrade chipset to get the order,they know you use it as giveaway and will not come back to complain. If complain, they will ask you send it back, they will fix it or change the good personalized usb sticks  for you, but it spends too much time and you need to pay for the shipping cost. The supplier know you will not ask your client to return the defective usb memory disk. Which we mentioned you need to pay more attention to.

Another example, it is video greeting card that it is promotional gift for important customers also, one of our client want to get a very low price, we explian each detailed cost to him, but it seems that he do not care about it at all. The he give us a suggestions that we can provide other lcd screen but not Grade A, actually we did not use grade b lcd screen for video invitation card before. Under his requested, we use it finnally. It seems that everything goes well, after he receive the goods 7 days, he found that all screen become blue, he complain it. After that we never use low quality screen for video book any more even lose the order,even client are allow to use.

Lost money is not the point, the main point is that we loose the client, credit is a key for internaltional business. once you lose it, you can not get it anymore. To all of our client, pls do not just see the present cost, you need to considering about the life cost. something you lost, you will not meet them any more.

The low quality will not only make you lost your customers and money, also destory your brand. To protect our brand, following is what we did and do:

1. All usb memory stick must be pass H2 test before shipping to our client, all of products must go throught three time inspections before shipping.

2.If you find and defective, we will refund to you directly within 7 days, do not need to send it back.

3.You can visit our factory and company in Shenzhen any time. Let our quality to convince you.

4.On time production, if any delay, at least USD20.00/day as compensation.
