How much do video brochures cost is a common question. Finding an answer online is about as difficult as dribbling a football (not a fútbol, which bounces up and down easily). It quickly becomes frustrating and soon doesn’t even seem possible.

Well, as elusive as it may be, here is the simple answer: Depending on the size of the screen, amount of memory, life of the battery and quantity ordered, the average cost is between $15 to $35 each.

For such a tremendous marketing tool, $15 to $35 per piece is not very expensive. It may seem like it when compared to traditional printed brochures and other forms of print marketing, but it isn’t when compared to other digital devices. Furthermore, when analyzing the success rates companies are having with video brochures versus other forms of marketing, video brochures create the best ROI by a substantial margin.

When considering the cost of video brochures, it is important to include that recipients regularly share them with others. Research indicates they are watched in groups of 5 or more, which further increases their value.

We do not have a minimum order. Our minimum order is one unit. From what we understand, most companies require at least 100 units be purchased before they will fill an order. However, we understand that sometimes companies want prototypes or simply do not need very many video brochures, and we’ll happily fill those orders. The price per unit is higher (usually over $100), but that’s because it costs more per piece to make fewer units.

We only use brand new, Grade A components. This helps ensure the best quality and performance for our customers.

We send FREE samples. Upon request, as long as we believe the customer is legitimately interested in becoming a buyer, we will send FREE samples.

We do not include surcharges or set-up fees. We do not nickel and dime our customers.

We do not lock video content on video brochures. What this means is our customers do not have to buy new units every time they want to change the video content. To see how easy it is, follow this link: How To Change Content On A Video Brochure

We do not add charges for every feature or component. For example, car dealerships do not charge extra for tires when people buy cars from them. Likewise, we do not add charges for standard size screens, memory, batteries, etc.

We allow up to 6 buttons without charging extra. If someone wants more, we can do it. The most common buttons are Play/Pause, Fast Forward, Rewind, Volume Up, Volume Down, Video (multiple videos can be included, each activated by its own button), Skip Forward 15 Seconds, and Skip Back 15 Seconds.

We do not add charges for loading video content. We do this while each unit is inspected without charging to do so.

We provide a full warranty. It is not a limited warranty. From what we know, we are the only company in our industry to do so.

Why are video brochures so successful?

First, they help make average salespeople great. Confidence is boosted and a salesperson feels less intimidation when equipped with an impressive cutting-edge piece of technology they can leave with a potential customer. It allows them to listen more and gives them to ability to take up less of the potential customer’s time. As alluded to previously, the customer may not remember much of what the salesperson says, but they will remember more about what the salesperson is selling after experiencing the video in the brochure. Furthermore, they create an ideal opportunity for a follow up meeting when the salesperson goes to pick up the video brochure. In the worst case scenario, the potential customer will be impressed by the coolness of the digital device they experienced.

Second, the affect of videos is so much more impactful on viewers compared to when they look at still images or read words. Combining sight, sound and motion with physical touch engages more senses. Studies have shown people retain significantly more when they see and hear something as opposed to when they only see or only hear it.

Third, by including video brochures in a marketing campaign, companies maintain control over their brand. A well planned and produced video presents their brand in an optimal way of their choosing. Also, by including an eye-catching package in the printed portion of the brochure, there is more opportunity for the company to sell. Testimonials, QR codes, bullet points and catch phrases can be used in addition to a company logo to make the entire package more effective.

Fourth, they look impressive and recipients appreciate the convenience they provide. By handing or mailing a video brochure to a targeted recipient, companies can deliver their message in a state-of-the-art way in which the potential customer can experience a presentation at their own convenience. Video brochures are battery operated and do not require an internet connection or the presence of a company representative.

So, what is it about video marketing products that increases revenue? While there are several reasons for it, we believe one of the main reasons is because videos have the unique ability to portray circumstances more accurately, which increases trust. It also takes less effort to watch them and they do a great job of helping companies set themselves apart from competitors. On top of that, video marketing products increase the chances that the “right” people see and hear a company’s message. Then, what tends to happen after recipients view a video marketing product is that they’ve usually progressed further down a path mentally to a point where they’re ready to spend money, which makes them easier to close.

Videos have become the most effective way in many circumstances for companies to connect with a target audience. They’re interesting, efficient, and often preferred by consumers. They can also be inexpensive to make and work exceptionally well for sales, marketing, recruiting, training, branding, motivating, reporting, fundraising, sharing testimonials, and many other purposes.

When it comes to marketing and branding, here are some benefits for companies who become more visible, credible and profitable:

Visibility helps decrease the amount companies are affected by “out of sight, out of mind” with their most likely customers.

Credibility is strengthened when companies increase the number of times their brand is seen and heard, which essentially helps consumers feel like their products or services are more reliable and popular in the marketplace.

Profitability usually increases when visibility and credibility escalate, which is the primary goal for most companies in the first place.

Correspondingly, because people love videos, they’ve become one of the most effective ways for companies to create visibility and demonstrate their expertise. They also provide the visual impact, simplicity, and immediacy consumers crave to satisfy their desires to learn quickly and be entertained as much as possible.

Buyer FAQ: China Video Brochure Quote Planning

These practical answers help buyers compare China video brochure suppliers with clearer quoting expectations.

What details should we share to receive a clear China video brochure quotation?

Please send quantity, preferred finished size, screen size, video length, artwork status, delivery country and required arrival date. Those details help narrow the workable factory specification quickly.

How can buyers keep the project cost-effective without choosing the wrong specification?

Start from the real campaign use, target quantity and content length instead of selecting features in isolation. That makes it easier to avoid over-specifying memory, battery or packaging.

Can we request a sample before moving into bulk production with a China supplier?

Yes. A sample helps confirm structure, print quality and playback before your team commits to the full order.

What shipping and packaging points should be discussed early with an overseas supplier?

It helps to confirm the delivery destination, packing expectation, carton requirements and deadline at the quoting stage so freight planning does not delay the project later.
